ToughTalkTech doesn't sell anything. Every buy button on our pages goes to the maker's own store, so a return goes back to the store you bought from, under that store's policy. We can't see your order, so we can't start a return or a refund for you.
Returning a Njord watch
Our reviews link to Njord Gear for the APEX. Njord Gear's published return policy:
- 30 days from delivery, for a full refund.
- The watch must be unused, in its original packaging, with all its accessories.
- A $9.95 restocking fee applies.
To start a return, contact Njord Gear. The full terms are in its refund policy, and if anything here differs from that page, Njord Gear's page is the one that applies.
A watch that stopped working is a warranty claim
A fault isn't a return. Every Njord watch has a 1-year warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects and accidental damage in normal use, and a warranty claim carries no restocking fee. The warranty doesn't cover loss or theft, deliberate damage, unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs, or cosmetic marks that don't affect how the watch works. Warranty claims go to Njord Gear too.
Watches from other brands
For any other watch we review, the return policy is the one on the store you bought it from.
